the staff stored my bicycle safely in a secure staff room, which i found thoughtful. the room was spacious and the view of the sea was beautiful, i must say. the room was also very clean, which mattered to me, a lot! the location was perfect, a short walk to both the beach and the pier.

the room was a little chilly upon arrival, but the controlled heating sorted that out soon enough.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, assisting with storing my bicycle securely. i found this service to be quite thoughtful and efficient. they provided quick solutions and ensured my bicycle was safe .

The hotel is right opposite the beach. A short walk leads to the pier and town center. proximity to the seafront made it easy to enjoy the coastal views and access various attractions. the area is perfect for exploring and enjoying the scenery.

the location is fantastic being right across from the beach. a lovely pub is very near and i found the pier and terminus road easily accessible for shopping and restaurants. i had a great room with a view of the ocean and it was a joy! the room was a good size and included an amazing big bathtub, wonderful.

to reach our room, there were two steep steps, a minor inconvenience.

The bed was not great. It felt old and hard. The manager mentioned he hadn't had complaints before, but the bed still affected my rest.

the location was good, right by the sea.

The shower was barely warm, a real letdown after a long day. the room felt a bit dated, and the tv remote didn't work. I had to call reception for assistance, but it took them a while to bring a replacement. also, the noise from the street was noticeable even late at night. I could hear cars and people quite clearly.

The staff were wonderfully helpful. They were always ready with a smile. I found the lounge area comfortable with a modern flat screen television available. The bar service included a variety of beers, ciders, spirits, and also both teas and coffees.

The traffic noise from the road was louder than expected in my room. I think double glazed windows could really help with reducing this issue.
